Engineering Seismology Group @ IIT Gandhinagar

I am working as an Assistant Professor at IIT Gandhinagar in Earth Sciences department.  Prior to that, I was working as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at ETH (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) Zurich in Switzerland. I obtained my PhD degree from University of Potsdam in Germany and also worked as a postdoc at GFZ (German Research Center for Geosciences) Potsdam.

I broadly work in Seismology, Engineering Seismology and Seismic Hazard Analysis with emphasis on site-specific Seismic Hazard Analysis for critical facilities.
